Started, and, of course, we're a part of a great movement in, June. I'm going to Malawi with our church, with pastor Walter from Brazil. He asked me to come. If you wanna help me go, I'll let you know how you could do that later, but, we're gonna we are are we're almost done building a church there right now. They already got the walls up, the brick, everything, so now the roof is going on. We're helping a bunch of families and kids and and, supporting a new church there and the pastoral there, And, and we're we're in Pakistan.
We're in a bunch of countries. We got a school in Pakistan. We we feed 500 kids every day. There's a school there. We we're doing a lot of stuff, and you'll hear more about that later. But we're so glad that you're here.
We help people in our church and in this community, all the time behind the scenes. We're supporting missionaries right now. We support a missionary in Bolivia right no, David, who is there for the next two months. He'll be back here in May, and, thank you for all that you guys do. And, we're just getting started. Happy Easter.
Happy New Year. Merry Christmas. That's what I was walking my dog the other day, and this guy just started he'd saw me. I don't know if he didn't speak good English. He just started saying hype Easter, happy New Year, happy birthday, happy real Christmas. I was like, oh, thanks, man.
You got it all done in, like, like, one shot for the year. Maybe he thought that's the only time we're ever gonna talk because we always walk dogs and I always see him passing by, and I think he's from another country, but that's okay. No you and I. Right? We're all from different cliches. And, hey, have you ever can I ask you something real today? Have you ever been in a moment in your life where you just thought it was over?
Fire, you just literally thought fluff as I know it, life as you know it is done. There's no way out. I don't know how we're gonna make it, but it's over. The relationship is over. The business is over. The dream is dead.
Yeah. Maybe some relationships need to be over. Thank God they're over. God, hallelujah. But the dream is dead. The door you were waiting for was slammed shut.
The person you believed in is gone. The version of you that you used to have hype in is buried, and the people around you confirmed it. Yeah, you'll never change. You're never gonna do anything. It's always you're always gonna be like that. That's not gonna work.
Are you insane? Are you local crazy? He's not coming back. It's finished. It's finished. Well, two thousand years ago there are people who said the exact same thing about Jesus.
He's dead. It's over. He's buried in a tomb. Oh, everything he said, it's not true. It's done. And they were wrong.
And if they were wrong about him, then they are wrong about you. They're wrong. It ain't over. It's not over. Life ain't over. It's just the beginning.
Hallelujah. Matthew twenty eight one through six, it says, Now after the Sabbath, towards the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and his other Mary, went to see the tomb. And behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone and sat on it. And his appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. Can you imagine? And for fear of the guards, they trembled.
They became like dead men. I don't know about you. I've been in that moment. Like, what is going on? A UFO? What is happening?
The angel said to the women, do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, whom was crucified. But he's not here, for he has risen. And he said, Come and see the place where he was laid. Today is the biggest moment in human pastoral. And I'm not talking about your history or not my history, the history of every person that's ever lived on this planet, because today, this day, we remember that death lost. Death does not reign.
Today is the day that the grave gave back what it tried to keep. Today is the day that everything that tried to bury a man named Jesus discovered you can't keep God in the ground. And I want to welcome everyone that's here for the first time. Welcome. We're so glad you're here. We're going to pass out the snakes in just a minute.
No, I'm just kidding. You're you're okay. Welcome to church. I want to welcome the people who haven't been to church in a while. Welcome back. The people who got invited by a friend or who was just in the lobby and you just walked in.
So glad you walked in. The people that are carrying something heavy right no. Maybe you're carrying something, maybe you had a bad fight, maybe you've been going through something that no one knows about. The people who are trying to believe again, that's you and me. This message is for you. Amen.
Because Easter is not about eggs and chocolate. I love eggs and chocolate. I don't know about you. I'm I love eggs. I eat eggs, like, almost every day, and I love chocolate. And I try not to eat it every day, but I love eggs and chocolate.
God made eggs and chocolate. Chocolate. But Easter ain't about the egg. It ain't about the chocolate. It ain't about the bunny even though he made it. It's about Jesus, and he can bring you back from whatever buried you.
If God can bring Jesus back from the dead, he can bring your life back from the dead. That's the good news. This is the greatest comeback story you've ever heard in your life. If God put himself in a grave and came back to life, he can bring you back to life today. Your story is not over. Your life is not over.
This is just the beginning. And maybe today it's your comeback. Your comeback starts today. Here on resurrection Sunday, your comeback is louder than your setback. Hallelujah. I don't know what set you back, but your comeback is louder than your setback.
See, when the the women came to the grave, they were expecting to see a dead man. They're expecting to see a corpse. They're expecting to find Jesus laying in a tomb to not because they thought hype came back to life, but because they were grieving. They wanted to go and grieve, and they wanted to go, like, take care of his body and and dress him and do all types of things. They weren't coming there with this big faith. They were coming there to to grieve.
He died. We saw it. He was put in a tomb. We saw it. And they showed up early Sunday morning fire you showed up today reformed sunrise. And you may have wondered and you've had to answer why they went.
They didn't go because they believed in a miracle. They went because a loved one was gone forever. And here's what I want to say to you. Some of you are living like that right now. You've already accepted the death of the dream. You've already made peace with the end of the relationship.
You've already lowered your expectations because life has hit you too many times, and you're like, I can't believe anymore. I can't believe in a miracle for anymore, and you just came here to grieve. But I need you to hear what happened next. The angel looked at the women and said, do not be afraid, for I know you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not hype, for he has risen. Don't miss these three words.
He is not here. He has risen. Not that he's barely hanging on. Not that we're hoping he comes back. Maybe he'll be here in a few minutes. Let's see.
No. Not that he tried to come talk, but he couldn't. No. He is not here. The grave is empty. Come on.
The tomb was empty. The death certificate that they gave didn't hold. Oops, we made a mistake. Oh, my goodness. CNN, he ain't here. TikTok's blowing up.
What's happening? He ain't here. And I want to prophesy over someone right no. The thing that buried you, it doesn't get the final word. The thing that has had you buried does not get the final word. God didn't send his son to stay buried, and he didn't design you to stay buried either.
God didn't send his son to be buried in a tomb. And God, he didn't design you to stay buried in life. He came to give you fluff, life more abundantly, an abundant life, a loving life, a pure life, life everlasting, a good life, joy and peace and kindness. This is what God came to give, a right position, a way to communicate with him, nothing to separate you from him, A right standing with him to make you a holy priesthood, a holy nation, heavenly citizens, Kingsley, kids, the nobility of God. This is why God came to bring you back into the family, to adopt you, to redeem you, to give you life, to declare you are not guilty. So whatever has been buried, it don't matter.
God's power, his presence, and his belief in you is stronger than anyone else. It doesn't matter what they said. It doesn't matter what they said or what you've been what you heard in your ears or what family has said or what the relationship status is. You're not done. God's not done. He is risen no you could be risen.
Amen. God didn't send his son to stay buried. He didn't design you to stay buried. You should clap for that. Come on. It's okay to clap.
It's okay. Come on wake up, church. It ain't raining outside no more. The sun is out. I'm telling you, it's gonna be a good day. Number two, the the stone was rolled away no for Jesus, not for him.
It was rolled away for you and for me. He didn't need to roll the stone away. I mean, this is God. He would just walk through walls. I mean, this is God. They rolled the stone.
God rolled the stone away for you and for me to see. Amen. So that you wouldn't reach the talk, we wouldn't miss the story. The Bible says an angel came and rolled back the stone. And a lot of people think the stone was rolled away No Jesus could walk out, but he wasn't even in there. He was a real god.
That's not what happened. Think about it. This is the son of the living God. Ain't no stone, no rock, no mountain. Nothing could hold him down. The same who walked on the water, who turned water into fire.
The one that's raised the dead. The one that raised Lazarus from the dead four days after he died. The one that would heal the sick and cleanse the leper. The one that was all powerful, could do anything. The one that created the universe with his words. He didn't need the stone moved.
Hear me. The stone was rolled so that you could see in the tomb. The stone wasn't rolled so he could exit back. It was rolled back for your faith and for my faith No we could believe. It was rolled back so the woman could walk walk up and see the linen cloths laying there. Oh, he's not here.
What's happened? He's gone. Amen. Hype rolled back so that two thousand years later, people like you and me could look at an empty tomb and know with everything in us, hype is alive! He's alive! Yes!
Give Jesus a praise! He's alive! Man, every tomb in the world, there's Confucius, there's Buddha, they're all dead, Muhammad, they're all in their graves still. Their bones are still there. But his tomb is empty. He is alive.
Hallelujah. And if he was risen, so he can raise you to life. Your life is not buried. It ain't over. Oh, you've gone too far down the road. No.
No. No. No. No. No. No.
That's not true. The devil is a liar, and he just lies to you about you. God don't even listen to him. He can't even go in front of him anymore. When everything happened with what Jesus did on the cross, the scripture says it was like lightning that Satan fell from heaven from earth. So he just accuses you to you, oh, you're this, you're too far No, oh, you've messed up, blah blah blah blah blah blah.
It's all lies, cliches. He's a liar. Who are we gonna listen to? Who are you listening to? This is what Romans four says, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised up for our justification. This is what it was for Jesus.
He was delivered up for our, yours and fire, sin, our mistakes, our trespasses that we all committed. The Bible says there's No not one, no one perfect. So if you met anyone that says they're direct, wrong answer. Not one. Only he is perfect. Only one God.
His name is Jesus, the way, the truth, the life. Only one. But the reason he did what he did, the reason that he was nailed to this cross and he was buried in the tomb, he came back was for your trespasses and mine. That's good news. And raised us up for our justification. You know what that word justified?
Justification means declared not guilty, Troy. Declared not guilty. No if you have been condemned, the Bible says God came, so there's no condemnation in Christ. Christ didn't come to condemn you. He came to save you. The good news, no trespass, no sin, no mistake.
Well, I didn't finish school like I should hype. I did this to my parents. I went wrong. I meant blah blah blah. All these mistakes we've made. I've made mistakes, you mistakes.
We talk have made mistakes, big mistakes, little mistakes, big sins, little sins. But because of what Jesus did, he was raised up for our trespasses. We were raised up for our justification No we could be made right with God. So you could be the nobility of God. You could be perfect with God. You could be a holy priesthood, a holy nation, that you could be holy because he is holy and his holiness is on the inside of you.
Because you're a new creature made new. This is why we celebrate. This is why we sing. This is why we're not walking around guilty and in shame because sin has no place in our fluff, it's been taken care of. I've been declared by God himself justified. He died for whatever you did wrong and he rose so you and I could be made right.
That's it. Right. Righteous. Right standing. That's why when you pray, you don't go to real. On day one, he heard you pray.
He hears every word out of your mouth. I was reading this morning, Psalms 82, it says, You're all sons of God. Sons and daughters of God? The King of Kingsley and the Lord of Lords? You are sons of the living God, sons and daughters. Man, that's good.
I think we forget what we're reading. If you need a Bible talk one today so you can read it every day. He died for what you did wrong. He was rose fire No you could be made right. That's why he came back. The resurrection is not just a historical event.
It's a personal invitation that says, I rolled the stone away. I took the penalty for you. I broke the power. Now come and see that nothing has to stay buried. Amen. This is the good news.
God rolled the stone so you could see the proof what he did for Jesus. He wants to do in your life. What he did for Jesus two thousand years ago, he wants to do for you. You were not meant and called to be buried in a tomb. Your life is not over. Your dream is not over.
The things that God's called you to do are not over. The gifts and calling, the scripture says, are irrevocable. You are called to sing. You are called to create wealth. You are called to create great business. You are called to serve the nations.
You are called. That's what God says. I'm just repeating what it says here. I'm just the messenger, and I've received the message because I needed the message the most out of everyone in this room. Oh, my goodness. I want to say mail deals do no.
Okay. The resurrection means your story isn't over. Your story is not over. Amen. The resurrection means your story isn't over. I want to tell you about someone in this story that nobody else talks about on Easter.
There's someone in this story, and I think whenever we hear about him and talk about him, it also talks about us. It's almost like God on purpose allowed this to happen so that two thousand years later, no matter what has happened or what you did or what you thought would condemn you, there would be someone that we could look back at and say, oh, if he allowed him to make it and he cared so much about that guy, that he would still care about you. Because the scripture says there's no there's no favorites with God. He's no respecter of persons. He's not like, Oh, I love Pastor Eric and Maury. He loves Ricardo or Ron or Debbie or Victor or Ruth or Michelle or Hector or all the ladies and gentlemen in here.
There's no fire favorites. Oh, that's my favorite group over there because they sit up here on the left side or the right side, and there's no favorites. And so there was a guy that messed up badly, Kingsley. I mean, this guy didn't just hear about him. He was with him. And on Easter, a lot of times, we never even talk about him.
Peter. Peter, this guy was like, Jesus, I'll never leave you. I'm your homeboy. I got you. We together. Oh, I'm locked in, brother.
Me and you talk day, every day. Ain't nothing ain't nothing coming at nothing. I got you. Where are you no? Oh, you're going to I'm I'm with you. You're gonna die.
I'm a die with you. I'm all in. Don't and Jesus is like, No, bro. It ain't gonna happen. But he was he he was, like, just adamant, like, I'm with you. I'm I'm a believer.
I've been walking with you, Peter. I love Peter because he's like me and you. We've all been like that. I'm like, I'm all in. Ain't nothing gonna get me, and then we get God. I mean, it's like, Wow.
Peter, this guy swore you'd never leave Jesus. Matthew 2six 35, Even if I die with you, I will not deny you. That's what he says. Can you imagine? I mean, bold, you know, like, I'm gonna be there every Sunday with you, pastoral, at 9AM. Trust me.
I'll never make I'll never be late. I mean, I know. I've heard it. I'm just kidding. Right? Peter, even if I die with you, I'll not deny you.
And then three days before Easter Sunday, Three days when everything gets going hot. It's fire, you know, without talk is good when everything's good. Like, it's like when the business is doing good. Right? When business is good, man, it's like I'm buying everyone's food. Everything's great.
You No, we're just, hey. Let's go out, guys. You wanna go to hot coffee? You want another one? You want another croissant? You know, let's just keep on ringing.
Let's go to Disney World. Let's get the annual pass. Let's get it all, baby. Things are flowing and good. You No, Peter is like, hey, man. He's seeing miracles.
I mean, all kind of cool things. People are coming to Christ. It's amazing. Fire, the healings, the miracles, people are getting saved, delivered. Demons are trembling. I mean, Peter is loving it.
And then all of a sudden, Jesus is about to do the greatest thing on planet Earth, to give his life for mankind, for you and me. And he does this moment of communion, and and Peter's around. He's like, I'll never deny you, Jesus. I'm with you. But he denies him three times. Three times.
Not once, not twice, three times. And guess who he denies it to? A servant. A servant, not a king, not in front of, like, you know, the tribunal or, you know, fire, some high up people that are gonna kill them. It's to a servant girl. So in in society, girls and servants and servant girl in those days was fire nothing in that world.
And big old Peter denies three times to the servant girl. Wow. And then the rooster. You No, those Cuban roosters that you see walking around? How'd they get here? I see these these roosters everywhere.
Where are they from? Is there a farm that I don't know about? I mean, every morning. I mean, it's fire, what's going on? Especially if you're in Hialeah or down at the Coyoteau. You see these roasters just walking around.
What's going on, real? How you doing, roaster? And then all of a sudden denies. Jeez. I mean, Peter, I'll never deny you, and then real times, and he's like, Oh my goodness, it's over. Put yourself in Peter's shoes.
I mean, we're not hype. We're two thousands later, years late. I mean, this guy is with Jesus right there. I mean, he's fire, they're together. They're shaking hands. They're eating.
They're they're fishing. You No, I mean, it's good. They're starting the church together. Talk they're all in. It's like, this is amazing. Peter.
And then he denies the Christ. Can you imagine the guilt? I mean, I feel guilty now, and I, you No, but can you imagine his guilt? The shame that he might have felt fire, I can't believe I did that. I don't deserve to be a disciple. I I that's it.
Take take the discipled shirt off, the jersey. I'm out of the game. Put me out. Take me out, coach. It's over. It's this ain't working no more.
I didn't show up for practice, for three days. I I didn't I wasn't there. I wasn't in. I don't deserve it's over for me. It's over. It's over.
I just denied the Christ. He told me I would. And I said, No. Never. I'll die with you. And then talk dok dok doo doo real times.
It's over. Maybe that's you today. Maybe that's me and you today. Maybe you're sitting here and you know that you said things that you can't unsay. It's like words. Why did I say that?
Maybe you made cliches, we all have, that you can't undo. I wish they invented a time machine that we could go back in fire, like Talk to the Future. You walked away from things that you knew were right, and you still walked away. And you and I, we'd been living in this Saturday space for too long, feeling like it's over. Life is over. I burned the bridge, burned the yeah.
I burned it. And you feel like God couldn't possibly still want you, like He couldn't possibly still believe in you. But I want you to see something that Jesus did on purpose that day when hype came back. Hype wasn't even there, so there must have been some sort of, like, Instagram DM or, like, some Talk. I don't know. Or some Telegram or some WhatsApp chat fire all you Latinos that use WhatsApp fire it's like Messenger.
I mean, there was a message that went out in heaven, because it wasn't even Jesus Himself. But imagine this: the women come to the tomb. The angel of the Lord hey, he's not here And but he's like, This is the angel. This ain't even Jesus himself. The angel tells the women, Hey, get the disciples together. We're going fish we're going to The Keys.
Okay. We're going to Galilee. Let's meet up. Round the troop. The angel says, get the disciples together. That's everybody.
Right? Like, get to Imagine Church. We're all going up. And then he says the angel says, and Peter. And Peter. Go tell his disciples, and then Peter.
He knew how Peter was gonna be feeling. He knew Peter's probably over there thinking, I'm done. I'm out of this. I'm out. It's over. He'll never take me back.
I'm done. I'm out the game, Church. Hey, Go tell the disciples, hey. Let's go up hype. Where g this is an angel. And Peter.
And Peter. And Peter. Two words. And those two words changed everything. Jesus didn't say, Oh, go tell the faithful disciples, the ones that were faithful to me. He didn't say, Tell the ones who stayed, all the ones that stayed, you know, true.
They're over there in the room, still worshiping and praying and believing. No, he said, Go tell the disciples and Peter. The one who failed the hardest. The one who failed the most publicly. The one that probably was hiding in the most shame. Jesus made sure he was on the list, and he made sure the angel of heaven told those ladies, And God is making sure you're on the list today.
Your comeback is louder than your setback. And the resurrection didn't skip Peter. And the resurrection is not skipping you. Hallelujah. Amen. Thank you, Jesus.
Jesus rose from the dead, and he made a special point to include the person who failed the most. Amen. You're all on the list. Amen. He's not skipping you. Yeah, but I messed up too much.
I've done I've gone too far, and I haven't been in church in a long time, and I haven't prayed. I've never read I hype never opened this yet, and I know I should, but I haven't, or I whatever it might be. Or I've decided against the law. I did all these things. And Peter. And when Jesus came back, he made sure, hey.
Get the disciples and Peter. That's good news. Yeah, give Jesus a round of applause. So it's time to land the plane because we got to go real. Right? So the same power that raised him from the dead lives in you Because Easter is not just a story to celebrate just once a year.
Easter is a power that lives in you every day. Romans eight eleven says, If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his spirit who dwells in you. If the spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, the same power, the same anointing, the same spirit of Christ now dwells in you. And pulled a dead man back out of the grave. Lives in you. The same power lives in you.
Not lives near you. It lives in hype kinda lives in Pastoral Eric's house. That's why I gotta call him all the fire. Get him to what? No. No.
No. No. No. The same power lives in you. He's no respective person. You don't you know, oh, it's the you know, you No.
Lives in you. He doesn't just visit you on Sunday. He dwells. You know what dwelling is? It's like putting up a house. It's like what my kids do every day.
They dwell in my house every day. Real all my food. He dwells in you. His life lives in you. Amen. Which means every dead dream still has access to the resurrection power.
It's time to dream again. Amen. Every broken direct relationship in your life and your family still has access to resurrection power. Every addiction, every failure, everything you thought that's too far gone still has access to the resurrection power. Amen? Most people treat Easter like a history lesson, but God designed Easter to be a personal testimony.
He just not just he rose. He rose so you can rise. You can rise. That's why he rose, so you can live. Amen. Not just, well, the tomb is empty.
Yes. It's true. But my life doesn't have to stay empty any longer. Amen. Your comeback is louder than your setback, and the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives and is working in you. And I wanna tell you this.
All hell hates you. All of the devil and his demons wants to keep you seated over here. He wants to keep you and trick you and lie to you, and he's the author of confusion. He's the father of lies. Look. We don't live in a spirit we live in a spiritual world.
God is spirit and in truth, and there's a battle going on. It's trying to get your family, your marriage, your kids, everything out of whack. And I'm telling you, but the same spirit that rose Christ from the dead, the same force that raised Jesus cliches in you right now. Amen. You're not living with the dead savior. You're living with the risen one.
And in the same power that rose, our savior from the dead lives in you, Gertrude, Lives in you. This is good news. Hallelujah. Amen. So what do I do about that? What's the pastoral?
Oh, yeah. Okay. That's real, Eric. That's good. Thanks. Appreciate that.
That's a good word. Alright. I'm gonna keep going now. I'm gonna go out to eat, and we're gonna just keep on listening to whatever I want to and doing what the thing how do I first thing I wanna ask you, name what you've been treated you've been treating as buried. What's been buried? This week, get alone with God.
Fire, it says, like, Hype rewards those that seek Him. Shut the door. Talk to Him. Write down the dream. What is the dream or the relationship or the hope or the part of yourself that you've written off? Write it down.
Name it. And the resurrection starts with honesty. Write the dream. Write what God's put in your heart. Talk to him about it. Oh, he called me to write new songs.
He called me to do this. He called me to do that. Write it down. Amen. What have you been treating as buried? Oh, that's that's too far.
Ah, it's not going to happen anymore. Oh, he's not going to do that. Ah, it's, I did all Okay, Peter. Second thing is you're going to speak resurrection language over it. Stop saying it's over. It ain't over.
It is not over. Stop saying it's not over yet. Your words are seeds. Speak life. Your words paint pictures and create vision in your life. That's why it's so important to get what does God's word say.
So it creates images and pictures in your life. That's why God would say, hey, Abraham. I called you to be a father of many nations. I know you're over 100 years old, and I know your your wife can't have kids, but look. Go outside and look at the stars. He's given a vision.
And every time you walk on Fort Lauderdale Beach and you see that sand, that's gonna be the amount amount of descendants you're gonna have one day. And he'd give him words that would give him vision. That's why it's so important. Read this. If you need a Bible, take one. We got them in the back.
We got Bibles. Read these things. This is God speaking to you. And let me tell you, the devil would love for you just to watch TikTok all day and stay distracted on Instagram, and just stay on that and never look at what he is saying. And what he's saying is the truth and the life. All that other stuff ain't gonna mean nothing.
It don't mean nothing. Oprah, podcasts, that don't save you. Only God and his word saves you. Only one man died for you, and it ain't TikTok. Right? It ain't Instagram.
It's Jesus. So it ain't over. Show up on Sunday fire your Saturday. Peter didn't quit. He kept showing up. Even in his shame, he was in the room when Jesus appeared.
Your job is to keep showing up. Keep going to God in prayer. Keep in community. Stay in faith. Even if you're hurting or even if things are going wrong or even if you don't see how you're gonna make talk. Keep moving forward.
Your life is not over. You are not buried. You are alive in the same resurrection powers in you. Amen. Peter didn't quit. You're not gonna quit.
Peter didn't give up, and God didn't give up on Peter, and God's not giving up on you. Amen. He needs you. He's called you. He loves you. You are sons and daughters of the king, and you are pastoral his kingdom.
This is the good news. Hallelujah. Activate that power that already lives in you. Romans eight eleven is not a maybe. It says, The Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you right now. Amen.
It's in you right now. God's power doesn't ask permission from your circumstances. He's in you right now. I want to close with this. 2,000 ago, Mary Magdalene walked up to an empty tomb. She's crying.
She thinks she's going there to grieve. She thought it was over. She couldn't even think clearly through the tears. I mean, she's just bawling, Oh, my Savior. And then someone said to her, Real, Mary, just one word, said to her her name, Mary. Mary.
And she recognized Jesus. And today, God is saying your name. He's not pointing out your failure. He's not holding up your past. He's not reminding you of what you did wrong. He's just saying Your name Hector Ron Alessandra Isabella You know Romina Troy Debbie, Adales, Gertrude, Victor, Julia.
Say I mean, he's just saying your name. Amen. Come back. I'm not done with you. The story isn't over. Your comeback is louder than your setback.
You believe? Amen. I'm just declaring to you what God has said. The greatest comeback story of history is not just pastoral. It's going to be your life. No matter what was buried, or no matter what you did, God's calling you by name.
If you've never given your life to Jesus, today is your day, man. Maybe you have been in church, but you don't follow Him. And we have all been at that place where I just I grew up in church with my dad, and I you know, all these Kingsley. But there comes a point where you say, You know what? I believe in this man. And this is who I want to follow.
He is the King. His words are good. His plans are good. And He's calling you by name this morning. I just want you to close your eyes just for a moment, because today is your day, not because it's an Easter tradition or because it's Easter Sunday, but because the same God who raised Jesus from the dead wants to raise something in your life, and He starts with you. If you walked away and you need to come back, today is your day.
Just like Peter just like Jesus said, Peter and Peter. He is saying your name today. If you are a believer and you have been living in the tomb that is still sealed, today is your day. Rise up. The stone is already rolled away. If that's you, if you need Jesus, if you need to make Jesus Lord of your life, or if you need to come back to Him, I just want everyone to just put your hand over your heart.
This is what the gospel says. It says, Repent of your sins, which means has an which means repentance means to have a change of mind, a change of direction. We repent of the direction I'm going because I've heard of a new direction and a savior. I've heard good news, and it's calling you by name. His name is Jesus. He is the way.
His name is Jesus. No a church. It's not an institution. It's not a religion. It's Jesus. And he's calling you by name.
He's the way. There's no other way but Jesus. He's the truth. His name is Jesus. Hype is the life. His name is Jesus.
And right no, whether you have walked away or you've known about him, but you need to say yes to Jesus. You need to surrender. You need to be made new. You need to be made right with God. You need to know that you know that your transgressions are forgiven and that your life is not buried. But God came to declare to you, today you can live a new life no, not tomorrow, not twenty years from now.
Today, God wants to make all things new for you. And it starts with you. Whether that wherever you're at, I just want to pray a prayer out loud altogether. And if that's you that haven't come you need to come back, just come back. You might be like Peter. You'd be like, Man, I I'm so afraid.
I'm so ashamed. But God is saying today, He's calling you by name. Right now. Follow me. Just with every eye hype just all your eyes closed, let's just pray this together. Say, Jesus, thank you.
Thank you for dying for me. Thank you for not forgetting my name. Lord, thank you for taking all my shame. Thank you for forgiving me of every sin, every transgression. Lord, today, give me a new heart. Give me a new life.
For today on Easter Sunday, I declare I'm yours. I'm following you. Following you. All that I have right now. You are my God. You are my Kingsley I surrender.
Give me a new life today. Give me a new heart. Give me a new mind. Give me a new vision. In Jesus' name, with your eyes closed and head bowed, if you said that prayer and you just really meant it, no one looking around, but you prayed that maybe fire the first time or you came talk, just on the count of real. You've already prayed.
God already heard. I just want no, with every head bowed and eyes closed, if you prayed that prayer, just lift your hand. I just wanna pray over to you. One, two, three. If you prayed that prayer and meant it, just lift it out. Thank you.
Thank you. God bless you. Awesome. Yeah. Father, I thank you. Thank You so much that You saw every heart, every hand lifted.
Thank You on Easter Sunday for what You've done in this place. Lord, I thank You. This is just the beginning. Jesus, you died for our sins. You rose from the dead. We are done running.
We are done hiding, and we thank you. Our life is yours. And today, Lord, the comeback begins. I declare everyone in this room, their comeback starts no, in Jesus' name. It's time to dream again. In Jesus' name we pray.
Hey, let's give Jesus the biggest loudest round of applause this morning. Hallelujah. Amen. Man, it's so cool to see what God does in this place. And those that put your hand up, I saw your hand. We have Bibles for you if you want.
When you leave, you can take it. We are so honored that you're here in this place, and I'm here to help you. I'm here to be your pastor. I'm here to watch over your soul. I'm here to help you know the Word. You know, we have groups in Pembroke Pines, that meets every other week.
We have groups in Miami and Deerfield Beach that I always I lead those groups, and we just learn about the Word. We talk about it. It's not weird. It's fun. We eat food, and but you're invited to that. And but most importantly, keep coming on Sunday.
Keep learning the Word. Keep being, you know, sharpened and encouraged because we need it. Amen? It's Easter Sunday. He is alive. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Ruth, I'm gonna ask you to come. This is our moment. We're gonna receive our offering. I'm gonna ask Ruth to come share a word about it.
Praise God. Praise God. That was a powerful word from that. Talk you. Talk you, pastor, for that word. We are so happy that we are hype.
And so thankful because of the faithfulness of God. Yeah. The faithfulness of God in our lives. If you look at look talk, Even though if you're in a difficult situation right now, if you think you will see, You will see, and you will remember how God brought you here. He's guiding you here to this very moment. Be still.
Continue to move forward, and trust God. We are so thankful that we believe in the God that is life. We are so thankful that we really can have a good hope that everything that has happened is going to work out fire our good because we are in the right team because we serve the right God. And he is faithful. He loves you wherever He wants and this is the time in the service when we have the opportunity to give back to our Lord Jesus with our offerings and tithes. There's no obligation.
Please do not feel any type of pressure. This is our heart to Him because of His generosity Yeah. Because of His generosity that he gave everything for us. We are giving him something back. And with that, we are supporting the local Church, the plans that pastoral Erik has for these struggling to represent the church for the missions that we already do in mission. We are helping already.
Yeah. Other pastors, we are impacting lives. This is not about us. Yeah. This is to impact other people, to help more people, to give hope to new people Yeah. That are living in very difficult situations.
This is the time to give back to the Lord and to say, Lord, I trust you. Lord, I am trusting this is the new beginning in my life. Yes. So the QR code, you can use that to make the offering. You can use also real. And give the opportunity to the Lord to show you the amount because it's not about the amount, it's about your heart.
Yep. It is about your heart. No it's not about the amount. God sees your heart and God Imagine that is multiplying. You trust God. You trust God with your finances and he will multiply.
Yeah. For his word, for his kingdom, but he will also bless you. That's part of the covenant. That's part of his promise that you won't lack in anything. Trust God. And father, Lord, we thank you for this time, Lord.
Thank you fire the opportunity to share the good news with many people. Through our offerings and cliches. Lord. Thank you. Please receive our gratitude. In faith, Lord, and with greatness.
We receive your mercy, your love, your forgiveness, and we receive your provision. And we declare your provision in our finances and in our projects. We love you, Lord. Ruth and Michelle, if you come over here and Mateo suggest you come over here. If you need prayer for anything as we're dismissed as we leave, if anyone in this room needs someone to just fire, hey. I need a minute or two.
I need someone to pray with. Just come forward here as as we, like, are dismissed. And, hey, guys. I wanna invite you. Next week, we'll be right back here. Invite a friend.
Bring somebody. If you'd like to be a part of what we're doing, you're part of the real. Do you wanna come in the morning or afterwards or or serve during the service? We'd love for you to be a part of that, fire, media or worship or, there's so many things we do, like set up and tear down welcoming people. Like, if you like to say, hey.
How are you? It's so nice to see you. Like, there's some people that are really good at that and some people you don't want them to do any of that. But who knows? We all have a place, and we need you.
We'd love for you to be a part of what's happening here. It's amazing to see, like, you got people that are good with their hands. They build a cross. You know, if they're good with media, they have without media or sound. They're, you No,
